i bought a tshirt from ebay it was 1k USD , after 5 mins of buying it i received a tracking number , i was shocked how fast it was , then after 2 mins he contacted me and told me he is sorry but their is an issue with my delivery address and i know i have no issues with my address.. he told me sorry i have to cancel the order and you will get a refund, so please help me is this normal? because i have a feeling that he is playing.. payment is done via paypal
