spoke to three different customer services reps today and had an absolutely terrible experience. one said it was error and they could give me credit, next one told me they cant give me anything and that its my fault. none of the answers were satisfactory in any form and also none of them suggested anything about "removing gift addresses" FIX THIS ISSUE OR I WILL FIND ANOTHER SERVICE
