I finally got a refund from PayPal. Here's how. My fake tracking number showed that it was delivered to the usps on a certain date. So I "complained" to the usps via their website. I explained in it that I'm certain this is a scam and I just need confirmation that this tracking number does not exist. They actually called me back, and they were beyond helpful. He said this happens all the time and he would send to my email what I needed. Thirty minutes later, I had a usps email saying the tracking number is fake. I "printed" it to a pdf file and sent it to PayPal. They issued a refund within an hour. Hope that helps someone!
