Paypal is prospering with a substandard service and why? Because we allow them. I recently wanted to transfer my paypal money to my bank account, and it refused to accept any accounts i have for non documented reasons (i use these for ages). customer service? that does not exists 🙂 automated messages UNRELATED to the question i asked 3 days ago? 🙂 so they make greedy cuts not only on certain transfers but on converting money. have you seen their rates? 🙂 and that is the default setting. they make a fortune by playing against your interest. and again: what you get in return? automated messages 🙂 Please tell me whats the point of Paypal? Like it is easy to transfer money? My bank sends money under a minute using email addresses. The fees are reasonable, and the customer service is 0-24. HUMANS answer the phone. Protecting ebay purchases? Sure thing. Been an Ebay member since the beginning, and after my last sale they withdrawn money from my Paypal account because "i entered a wrong zip code" - despite the seller received his goods a week ago and he never complained 🙂 They just decided to take my money and i could do what? Ok, they released the money, but they did not even apologize, just took their 97 usd cut for their "great service". No way i am ever going to offer paypal on my auctions ever. Guys, please consider putting the knife on Paypal's throat, because this way they will NEVER improve their service. This is how big companies plays us out and we should not allow this.
