tracking number i got from this company fifthsea.com says its in los angeles california. post office said the receiving facility never received the package but got a payment of $5.96. how do i go about getting my money back. paypal takes to long to dispute something. they should be held accountable for transactions through there name. they should make sure people using paypal are legit.
