I ordered an authentic item from China and received a fake instead. I opened a dispute and I’ve been advised I’ll get a full refund once I’ve returned the items - however the cost for me to return them will be almost as much as the refund. I don’t understand why I should be returning at my cost when the fault lies with the seller. Has anyone successfully argued this with paypal? This dispute has also been sitting with PayPal since May.
