Paypal really **bleep** me over. They're helping scammers on facebook **bleep** people. Bought two pairs of "tactical pants" from a facebook ad and they are pretty much cheap parachute pants from the 80s. Seller wont give me a refund and pay pal let them delay the process for 2 1/2 months. Now they say it's closed and I can't do anything about it. I would like to sue Pay pal to get my refund. What address and contact info would I use for that lawsuit?
