Hello! So, I sent a payment after commissioning an artist. He sent me the art through my email and that was it. The problem with the payment is that I forgot to check the box that said "no shipping address" (or something like that). The artist doesn't have to send me anything via email and I don't know if Paypal is going to ask for a guide. And since I already have the product (and it was meant to be digital all along), I'm scared Paypal will believe they are not sending what the promised. How can I mend this mistake? Can the artist do it from his side? Thanks a lot!
