  I recently got a case shut by paypal regarding a purchase where seller was found out to be scamming many other people. I never received an item i purchased but was told I have to return item to sender before getting a refund. Funny that I cant return an item that I didnt receive and even if I was able to send it the address provided I cant read address that was provided (chinese). Basically paypal has **bleep** me over with lack of buyer protection and closed my dispute case and now I cant open or challenge it.        ... View more

PayPal_Adam1 - Moderator     Still doesnt answer my question...... How do I return something that I have NOT received? Am I supposed to send a birthday card/ letter and "Lie" that I have returned supposed item I was meant to buy? And the return address given to me Ive no idea what that says. Apparently my order was delivered but I dont know where it is or if it actually came, whether the postman lost it or neighbour took it I dont know but after reading other peoples posts Im guessing the package would of been similar to everyone else a squishy ball thing. Either way Im angry that paypal isnt helping. Ive apparently got to send said item back to seller and return address I cant understand in chinese.  Too many people are getting scammed and paypal is supposed to be a safe way of payments yet I cant speak to anyone from there just an automated computer.   Im all for a class action against the seller ...
