I have never sold anything on ebay before. It said it would charge my PayPal account and that was fine. Something else came out of my PayPal account before ebay sent their charge thru. So PayPal charged my bank account for $23 and then sent it to ebay. I never went to PayPal and submitted them to take money from my bank account. How can they do that? I thought I was the one who had to take the money from my account and add it to PayPal? Please let me know...
