I spoke to a woman today who was very helpful.    She told me that the minute you get a sale you should apply again and they've seen that work.    I had a major price increase due to a restructure and they told me that they were basing the decision on frequent small sales, not less larger sales.    I have applied 3 times since and have not had any luck. I have been applying for a few months now. I even paid off my last outstanding loan in half the time using a huge sale, anticipating that everything was ahead of where I was last year.    I have applied about 30 times now and keep getting a different answer from Paypal as to why.    I hate to complain as its something they offer without running your credit, but if they are just not accepting loans to the pandemic, they should really be upfront, rather than frustrating clients that depend on this for larger projects and expansions by giving the runaround.    ...
