I think what PayPal is doing is criminal. And they are promoting this scamming company by doing what they are doing, which is nothing. I lost my claim apparently because I said I didn’t get the item I ordered. I didn’t. I got that same POS stool, for $34! Apparently I should have said I got the wrong item. I thoroughly explained what happened in the comments section. If they had taken the time to read what I wrote they would know that I did not get what I ordered. Paypal is aiding and abetting these thieves. I am disgusted. Paypal offers no way to get in touch with them once they close a case. I escallated because the seller wouldn't admit they didn't send me what I ordered. Paypal sided with them immediately because the seller provided them a delivery confirmation, but it was for a piece of s**t that I didn't order, and cost much less than they took from my paypal account. Once paypal closes a dispute, good luck getting in touch with them to dispute. I don't see any way I can do that. They care not that I paid for something I didn't order. Paypal is in fact endorsing these scammers. They know how much money it costs to return the item to China. These companies know Paypal is going to suggest that, so where is the incentive for them to send you the product you actually ordered and paid for? There is no incentive. In fact, the way Paypal operates in these cases, encourages these scammers to continue because they can't loose! I got scammed out of almost $40. Similar situation here. Item I got was nothing like what I ordered. Vendor refused to correct the issue without me sending twice as much money for the item i had already paid for. Paypal was useless. Shut the claim down immediately, siding with the vendor saying they had delivery confirmation. Didn't matter to paypal *what was delivered. Could have been air for all they care. My bank told me I had to resolve with Paypal. And even if you paid to ship them back to China, they will say they never received them, so you will be out the cost you paid for these POS's, plus your shipping. Shame on Paypal!
