These people are unbelievable, 4 months trying to get a refund for a cancelled hotel room. I have provided the cancellation letterand cancellation # from the Booking Service (Snaptravel) but that does not seem to satisfy them. No dialogue on what more they require, just a denial that seems to come from a virtual assistant. I asked to go to Arbitration but they just sent me another denial. I just want to talk to a human. I have never encountered a worse customer service experience.
