These people are unbelievable, 4 months trying to get a refund for a cancelled hotel room. I have provided the cancellation letterand cancellation # from the Booking Service (Snaptravel) but that does not seem to satisfy them. No dialogue on what more they require, just a denial that seems to come from a virtual assistant. I asked to go to Arbitration but they just sent me another denial. I just want to talk to a human. I have a simple refund due to a cancelled hotel room but 80 Days in I still can't get a human to answer me or give me a refund. It says they are waiting for information but I have sent them the cancellation  letter from the travel company numerous times. Can I sue them in small claims and if I get a judgement how can I collect if you can't get ahold of anybody at the company? There is literally no number that you can call and talk to a person. ...
