Hi! I have a question and I'm hoping someone will be able to answer as the customer service has yet to get back to me. My account was blocked and I started the process of providing PayPal with proof of address and ID. Unfortunately, i only noticed after uploading it that only half of the billing address was written on it. I have been looking and asking if there is a way to change the file but i have had no luck. Will that be enough? Will I have another chance to provide them with proof or will i be left without my money? Please help! Thank you.
