Pay Pal finally refunded my money, not this company. I just kept asking to speak to their fraud department, and told them I was going to report them to the FTC (federal trade commission), and that this company was on violation of their terms of service, and it was pay pals responsibility to protect the buyer. I referenced that this is an ongoing issue with this so called company that they are knowingly doing business with. Well, it took me weeks of complaining to pay pal. But I finally got them to refund me I’m full! Every single time I sent in a message I explained to them What happened, and that I wanted to speak to their fraud department, or that I wanted the fraud department to contact me. They kept telling me that their wasn’t anyone in the fraud department because of Covid. They kept telling me they couldn’t force a vendor to pay for the return shipping on their “bait and switch” item and they were very sorry, and I said I shouldn’t have to pay for their “mistake”! I told them I was going to report them to the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) not sure of this helped or not. I also told them an investigation needed to be conducted on this “company” because their are complaints about them all over their message boards! Keep trying people. Wow I the amount of people scammed by this is ridiculous. I ordered a 120cmx30cm pool and received a 30cmx11cm dog dish! I am having the same issues, they offered me a minute refund IF I sent the product back to them. (I would gladly send it back if they paid for shipping, after all this is THEIE ERROR, Not mine!) I have asked for the fraud department in the message center about 50 times and have been told because of Covid they are not available. They state they will report the issue directly to them, but they don’t consider this transaction to be fraudulent because I actually ordered a product from the company.
