I'm battling with PayPal now on this same thing. How do they not rationalize refunding me. What I received was significantly different from what I ordered. I've provided pictures and screenshots to show this. Put the denied my refund. Again. I'm about to dispute it once more, and then I'm reporting PayPal to the Better Business Bureau. I'll find someone in Chinese government to report this as well. I'm willing to bet PayPal is involved and benefiting from these scams.
