Hi, I have a PayPal account, but i purchased an item as a guest and used a card that is not on file, so my transaction is not on my account. I need a refund and would like to file a dispute. I contacted the seller 3 times and have gotten no response, but because i purchased as a guest, i cannot file a dispute on my own account. How do i add this transaction to my account or file a dispute as a guest? PayPal Customer Service refuses to speak to me on the matter. I have called multiple times and the automated system "cannot help." The messaging system is also "unavailable at this time." Thanks, lerossman11
