Sorry to hear that can you claim through your bank or credit card, I ordered a life like real baby doll and rabbit got a plastic doll with painted eyes the other item was 2 golf games got 2 golf balls so returned them and they couldn't be delivered as address didn't exist. I seem to be one of the lucky ones who have been refunded this has been going on since May I put an official complaint against this company to PayPal and Facebook where I saw the ads for the items good luck stay safe ... I have had both claims refunded its been a long slog with PayPal asking for same information multiple times at the end I sent 10 add ons at the one time said this is everything I have and within 24 had email saying they found in my favour case closed keep going don't let them away with it ... Sorry to hear about not getting it back through PayPal, I have had my 2 claims refunded from same company through PayPal but it has been a long journey with the same request for information from paypal at the end I sent every bit of information I had at the same time about 10 add on, think they got fed up with me ... Go into your PayPal top right hand corner press settings scroll down to help then go to disputes and follow the instructions on there hope this helps ... View more

I just got a full refund from PayPal for my 1st claim against this company my second claim is being returned to UK as it also has wrong address so have to see what happens now PayPal asked me before they made the refund for copy of postage so I sent every bit of information 6 add ons told them there was nothing more I had and half an hour later email to say they where giving me full refund for 1st claim and they will be in contact when they hear from carrier ... I returned the 1st item to the address papypal gave me and PayPal refunded me half the postage the 2nd item I bought it and didn't know it was the same company till I gor confirmation email tried to cancel but PayPal said I couldn't have now sent second item back with address again from PayPal 1 to China 1 to Hong Kong both same company 1st has been returned to UK second can't be delivered so being returned to UK both with same problem wrong address and still PayPal are dragging their feet as soon as this is cleared up I will be deleting PayPal they are as bad as the scam companies they are allowing to deal through their site ... PayPal actually gave me the wrong address for both my return claims same company 1 to China 1 to Hong Kong they keep asking for tracking numbers claim numbers andshipping company probably hoping I give up but I told them I have a lot of time to keep going and they should read the comments on this forum as they are actively paying a fraud scam company ... I order a real baby doll and rabbit received a plastic doll with painted eyes a plastic rabbit with felt cover cost 68 dollars (£57) PayPal gave me address to send back I pd £22 return received £15 back from PayPal that was 4th Aug the item went to China back to London then Hong Kong now back in London as it has wrong address and they want to know if I am picking up from Southampton I live in Scotland, pat at my expe to return it to me, or have it destroyed and still PayPal just send messages back and forth to me.
