HERE IS THE SOLUTION: open the invoice in a browser so you are viewing the open invoice in a browser. Then at the top of the browser where it has the URL just add this to the end of the URL.... ?action=cancel It should look something like this when you're done.. https://www.paypal.com/invoice/payerView/details/INV2-PCZP-3B3N-GC1H-SXRH?action=cancel Once you have added the ?action=cancel on the end then hit enter... This will pop up a cancellation window. You can select send me an email if you want then hit cancel. Now when you go back to your account (you may need to refresh completely for it to be shown properly....) You will still see the invoice listed but it will have a cancelled status. Wow finally someone that actually has the common courtesy to mention at least part of their method for doing this. So we have another clue it's on the websitet hat people are getting it to work. We don't know yet if it's the mobile or the computer version and if they're using IE or Firefox or chrome but at least we have one piece of this puzzle. It's a webpage. ... View more

They're probably using a different method of accessing PayPal, but nobody on here has the wits about them to go into that sort of detail.. they just go.. "worked for me" and hit send.m 🙄 so frustrating.. ... View more
