I received this one too - on 8/15/20. When I called PayPal about it I was given some vague answer. I tried to press the Cancel button on the PayPal site for this invoice and it kept bringing me back to the invoice. I alerted my bank just in case and took additional actions to protect my account. Was anybody else unable to 'cancel' this invoice?
