I received counterfeit "boots"too which are too flimsy for trail. Almost no support present in "sole". Size feels not right and no size label on inside of tonque. Labeled "DQ" on tongue so clearly not any any way shape or form Merrell boots. I reported to My Costco credit card through citibank and they are actually providing a refund. You might try reporting to your card to see if your card has similar benefits.
