I ordered a Real Life Journey 17” Doll $41.99 and received 7-Aug-20 a cheap pasta 7” doll. I emailed the company on Several times that I ordered from about this and asked them to send the item I ordered or refund my money. They then sent replies offering me between $3-$7 but not the item I ordered and paid for. I ask PayPal to look into this the 8-Aug-20 a finally replayed to me and told me to return the item to an address in China which cost me another £12 record delivery and has been delivered to them but still no answer from PayPal. I have now asked my Bank to help and look into this company and see if they can get my money back.
