I had the same issue with a different website Sepsport. I purchased two pairs of Nike's and did't receive either pair and was billed twice for one pair. I followed the procedure and filed disputes for all three charges. I provided documents showing that the tracking number belonged to a different package and was delivered to a totally different address. I filed a case with USPS to find the package and was advised that the tracking number was for a different package and delivered to someone else. PayPal closed the cases without me being able to elevate the dispute to a claim and when i tried to resubmit another dispute it wouldn't process. So how can you elevate the claim when they close the case with clear documentation of fraud? I was billed $96, $86, and $86, for items i never received. And you can't speak to a real person. I guess I'll have to try filing a claim with my bank or just kiss the money goodbye.
