Dear, I am having a problem with sending and receiving money on my paypal account. I have e-commerce website, and my customers were not able to buy anything through paypal account. Later I tried send money via paypal, but I was not able to send money, reason was this: "Sorry, this payment can't be completed due to regulations." Problem with payment on my website my customer had was when they needed to complete the purchase, this message pops up: "This transaction cannot be completed because it violates the paypal user agreement". I am using business paypal, and I could not find any solution to my problem. Also, I am using mastercard, is that a problem? I have automatic payments set up on my paypal account, and those payments works fine...
