Hello, Thanks for your reply. I was trying to use my bank account for a purchase on zalando, it showed up ONCE in the payment window. I then had to close it to review the purchase and since then my bank account has not appeared anymore. Furthermore, my son can use his bank account no problem when using paypal on that site. We have the same bank.
