I purchased a thermometer from Econ Legends Global and paid using PayPal. At first I did not get the thermometer and finally when I got it did not work and the box was old and destroyed. I have tried numerous times to contact the seller and PayPal. I put in a claim which has been closed regarding non-delivery and can not open a claim regarding the product is damaged. Can someone please help me? The cost was $59.35.
