I purchased a 'Standing Desk Tabletop Workstation Fits Dual Monitor 32 Inches' and received a crappy mobile phone screen magnifying toy. That was billed to Ario Trae. I also purchased a 'Desk Organizer -- USB3.0 Hub Wireless Charging Aluminum Monitor Stand' and received the same crappy mobile phone screen magnifying toy. That was billed to Newtron Trade. Interestingly, both items came from the exact same address in China. I attempted to negotiate with the company but they would only offer a partial refund, so I had no choice but to escalate to PayPal. The company tried everything under the sun to deter me from escalating the item, claiming that returning the items would incur 'massive' postage costs. I've informed them that if I'm forced to return the bogus items, I'll be adding the postage costs to my refundable amount. I should not have to be one single cent out of pocket due to their fraudulent activity. The company never addressed why they didn't send me the item I actually purchased. PayPal are still currently investigating. I'll keep you informed.
