I had the same issue, the same timeframe as you did with Moon Shop.  I kept asking for a refund and they kept telling me the product was in transit.  After 2.5 months, I did a dispute resolution with paypal and then *poof* suddenly a tracking number appears (AFTER I submitted dispute resolution).  As soon as the item was delivered, Paypal closed the case not in my favor.  Nevermind that what arrived was NOTHING like what I ordered, and I returned it immediately using the return address on the package (since they failed to provide one).  Now, the seller refuses to provide a refund stating they haven't not recevied the items; however, I took pictures of the package I sent, with the USPS tracking number on it, and I can see it was delivered to them on 2 September 2020.  My next step is to contact the US Customs and Border Patrol since Paypal wants to be complicit in this crime. ... look through your paypal transactions for a purchase under moonyin.  That's how mine shows up, or it may show up as chinese writing.  If you can pinpoint the date/time you made the purchase you should be able to find the transaction and dispute it via that option.  I also have a dispute going on with them as well.     Check your inbox for an email from something with <edited> in the body (I cannot put the entire email address in there as paypal won't allow it).   that's the data I have on file. ...
