PayPal Community

I am trying to find the address for PayPal to issue court papers.  I have been the same victim of this scam company and have been fighting tooth and nail with PayPal to get my money back. paypal want me to return a worthless flimsy phone case that they sent me instead of my Xbox controller at my own cost. I signed an affidavit to say the item I received is worthless and sent all the evidence of the item and to show it’s a scam and they aren’t interested.  so I’m going to take this to the claims court. I have had a similar issue. I tried to buy my son an Xbox controller. I actually thought it was genuine as it had the logos etc and I had clicked on the site direct from my google search! Anyway it wasn’t until when I googled the company that it was anything but! I have contacted PayPal and they aren’t doing anything other than saying wait for the item to arrive. I tried to contact best online stores but that was hopeless.
