I'm selling a rather expensive item online, I get many responses, some from different counries. I decided to stay with USA cusomers because of confusing currency transversions etc. A woman wants to buy it & asks for UPS shipping cost to Tulsa, OK. I send info, then at her request send paypal $ request. I get a paypal notice saying payment confirmed although it is for 100.00 more than its supposed to be and now the shipping address is Nigeria! Whats up with this?
