I have a problem. I opened a case to cancel the payment, because i didn't receive my order from Remarkgreen.com, which referred to the pandemic, no tracking number, no one answered my email, and all the products and all the seller's contact information disappeared from the site, except for email. The case was approved by Paypal in my favor, and I received the money back. but the seller still sent the product to my address. and now he's demanding payment by sending me emails.I offered to return the product, but the seller refused. of course, as it turned out, the company is not even in the US but in China. the address was false.
