I made a purchase using a guest account and I did not get the item I ordered. I went to Paypal messaging and they made a case for me to try and get a refund. I got a message from PayPal saying the seller had offered me a partial refund but I have to log in in order to accept or deny the refund offer. Since its a guest account I have no way of logging in to anything to see the case. Is there a way to move the case to my main account or a way to just see the offer and accept it?
