PayPal closed my claim, but when I reported it to the post office they opened an investigation. They told me to have PayPal contact them as this is an ongoing scam. What can I do? I'm out that money and PayPal isn't easy to contact. I can escalate the dispute because PayPal closed it and decided against me. The package didn't even get delivered to my address. Also, I ordered a Shark Vacmop and the package that was sent was a 1 ounce envelope. Please help!
