I bought some shoes a month or two ago, and when I checked to see where they were at-I found they were delivered to a completely different town in my state. I used PayPal for the payment, but didn’t have an account when I bought the shoes. When talking to USPS about how to resolve the issue, I was told it was likely a scam. I’ve been trying to file a dispute here, but I don’t have any ‘cases’ because I wasn’t signed in when I made my purchase. I still have the receipt email from PayPal. What do I do? (No, the seller will not get back to me)
