This happened to me. You need to take that tracking number and file where is my package with the United States post office. The tracking number is bogus and in my case said it was delivered to my town but the exact address was not my house. When you get documentation from the post office then reopen claim with PayPal and you will get your money back. Good luck! ... View more

Take that tracking number and go online to USPS and click on where is my package. They will track what address the package was delivered to. You can then have PayPal open up the claim again with your new info. I got information and screen shots from Usps in my email which I uploaded in chat to Paypal. I ended up finally getting my money from PayPal after originally being denied cause the scammer gave a bogus tracking number. Good luck!! ... View more

You can reopen your case through PayPal contact chat. Go on the post office website and under where is my package you can put in tracking number and fill out a form. The post office will research where the package went. They sent me proof which I then submitted to PayPal. PayPal reopened my case and found in my favor. Good luck! ... View more

File a claim at the post office. Go to their website and under where is my package you can file a claim with the tracking number. They will research the exact address the so called package went to. Paypal closed my case but reopened it through the chat when I sent them proof from the post office that it wasn’t delivered to my address. I am getting refunded. Good luck! ... View more

This happened to me with Yokawa! They sent a tracking number And PayPal denied my claim and closed my case. This is what you need to do. Take that tracking number and go to the US Post Office web site and go to where is my package. There is a form to fill out where you enter that tracking number. The post office will be able to tell which address the package went to. We all know there is no package. So in my case the Post Office sent me emails that the package was delivered to the same town I live in but it was a different address. The post office also stated that the package was delivered half a mile away at some mailboxes. They sent me copies of the label and the exact address of where it was delivered. I then reopened my case at PayPal. You can go to the chat inside PayPal and send documents and tell them you now have proof it wasn’t delivered to your address. PayPal tried giving me the runaround at first because each time you sign into the chat someone else works on your case. Matthew finally helped me and he found in my favor and they are refunding my money. So don’t give up even if the case was closed. They can reopen if you have proof from the post office.
