Hello, I recently purchased an item that was incorrectly identified by the seller. The seller and I agreed to a return and refund, but I had already opened an issue through PayPal. I sent the seller $155 dollars through goods and services and the seller says they only received $150. He has his item back, but I still don't have my money back. I get the idea that he doesn't completely know how to use PayPal. What should I do and what should he do? He seems willing to give me my money back, but he's upset I asked for $155 (which I originally sent to him) since he only actually received $150.
