@MinTex    Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages. 1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in). 2. Live chat is also randomly available. 3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out. Or 4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter? Unfortunately this is a very common scam and PayPal are not interested. Your best bet is to contact your bank and try and put in a claim through them. ... View more

Having trouble trying to change my claim reason

Unfortunately i have been a victim of the wrong item scam from a seller in china. I placed an order for an item and received something completely different and not worth the value i paid for the item i thought i was receiving. i made a claim that i had not received the item however after 2 months i have received something even though as i stated previously it is not what i had ordered. When i try to change my case reason from item not received to item not as described and click submit it just keeps coming up with a message saying some information is missing even though i have filled everything out and it will not let me change my case reason. Does anybody know how to sort this problem out. Any help would be greatly appreciated as paypal clearly do not care and are happy to let fraudulent sellers get away with this. ... View more

@BE6289  @Cadictsv    APPEAL To submit an appeal on the dispute that was closed, PayPal asks that you obtain a detailed report from the shipper/courier (on their letterhead or some other form of official stationary) that includes the address the seller gave them for the shipment. Or one that includes a statement mentioning your address and saying the item was delivered to a different address. Check tracking in below link to see where it went. https://www.17track.net/en When you have that, contact PayPal via phone (log on to your account and click Contact at the bottom of the page, however that may not be an option at the moment due to covid), or via Facebook (send a Private Message to PayPal) or via Twitter (send a Direct Message to @AskPayPal) and say you want to appeal the denial of the dispute based on the shipper saying the item was delivered to a different address. Once it's submitted (you will be provided with directions on how to do that), the dispute will be reviewed further and a determination will be made. You also have the option to contact your card issuer if you funded your paypal payment that way and see if they will do a chargeback for you. ... View more
