had a claimed denied because seller provided a tracking number... the tracking number was bogus.... the tracking indicates that package was from Amazon...which was not who i ordered from... the package did not have my name on it the package was not delivered to my address.... the item i ordered was a kayak....tracking number was from USPS....which doesnt deliver kayaks (11ft long) does anyone know what i should do about this? is there a way i can appeal this claim denial?
