Purchased item on Ebay. USPS tracking showed delivered on 7/18 but I did not receive it. Seller ignored 3 emails so I filed a dispute on Ebay and escalated it 2 days later when I still didn't hear from the seller. I won the dispute and as issued a refund on 7/24. The item arrived today, 8 days late and I want to return the refund. Is that even possible?
