Dipute Resolution Problems - unauthorised transact...

I reported an unauthorised transaction from my PayPal account as soon as I received an email to say that the transaction occurred.  the resolution centre closed the transaction stating that it was authorised.  the help centre states that there should be an APPEAL link but there is not, I have tried messaging through the message centre, but do not receive a response, I tried to phone but was referred back to the website....  My paypal account is now stating that I owe money and my account is restricted.  Does anyone know how I can contact PayPal to have this resolved? Unable to appeal closed unauthorised payment dispu...

I was notified on the 24/7 via email that my paypal account had made a substantial payment (to a company in NSW and delivered to an address in NSW, when I live in Tasmanian). I immediately lodged a dispute of this payment through the resolution centre. 24 hours later the dispute is closed citing ‘no unauthorised payment occurred’, which is ridiculous! I am unable to appeal this decision as the appeal button that is meant to be available does not appear, I tried phoning PayPal but an automated message referred me to the website, I tried to sort it out through the contact us messages, but after chatting with a bot, there was a message to say that I would be transferred to a person who could help... after 15 minutes a message popped up to say messages are not available at this time!  This is very frustrating, how do I get this sorted when all of PayPal’s contact methods are out of action!  Also, I noticed a dodgey direct debit to Kogan’s had been set up in my account.. which I have now deactivated, obviously completed by the same individual that made the unauthorised payment.  I’m left feeling Paypal is really not secure! ... Yesterday I received an email about a paypal payment made from my account for over $800.  I immediately lodge a dispute through the resolution centre as I had no knowledge of this transaction.  I live in Tasmania and this transaction was made to a company I’ve never heard of, and the purchase was sent to delivery address in NSW...  Paypal responded to my dispute today, saying there was ‘no unauthorised activity’ I cannot believe this!!  I can’t even lodge an appeal as the resolution centre will not let me back in. ...
