I was searching this forum as I have just had my dispute denied. It's a similar problem. The supplier has apparently provided a tracking ID which has been taken as evidence of delivery. I cannot provide any alternative evidence and the tracking ID /carrier information has not been shared with me so I cannot see if there is a simple explanation for the non-delivery This is my first experience of a PayPal dispute and I honestly thought that my money was safer by using them. Can anyone advise as to what to do next? Or do I just have to accept that my money is gone?
