PayPal case PP-D-70543932 i opened the above case in the resolution center because i did not receive the item from a seller in china , PayPal ruled in the seller favor because he gave them a tracking number proving that the item was delivered, now the case is closed, i did not receive the item and PayPal team did not give me the tracking number provided by the seller ?!!! what can i do ?
