Only via chat. Every time new agent answer and will request same details. PayPal already received commission from payment and doesn't want to deal with client anymore. They may "escalate" claim, but mine 3 times been closed.   ... View more

My case been close second time by PayPal. I contacted them just now and if they will do it again will contact my credit card. Seem they using same template and not moving a finger to protect buyer. Same story with Shopify - seller own the store and we have nothing to do with them, contact payment company, we can't provide more details. Seriously? Nice duo - on provides room for scammers and another became money laundry.   ... View more

I received message "You can request an Intranet Form ..." I'm in Canada and we don't have USPS. As well tracking number provided is for China Post and destination is in UK, not in Canada. When I tried search this number in USPS it returns no such label. Sent my comments to support. So it is very frustrating because it is two and half month since dispute started.    ... View more

Hello, I paid for purchase back in May 02 and have PayPal receipt. Seller provided information, but destination is UK, while I'm in Canada and my registered address is on receipt.  I filed claim but it been closed on July 23: "We have reviewed this transaction(s) and are denying your case(s). This decision was made because we received shipment tracking from the merchant confirming that the merchandise was delivered." Seller close Shopify store and can't be reached out. Everything I have is receipt and fraudulent tracking number.   What to do? ... View more
