Ordered 1 sunhat from them on 05/31/20. As of 07/23 I still have not received the item. The original tracking # shows it was never received by USPS but paypal denied my claim and said the company supplied them with a tracking number that showed it was delivered. That tracking # is different from the tracking # I was given by Jinzhou when they said the order was shipped. I have tried to get help from Jinzhou but they only respond with the same tracking # over and over and say to go to this website to track it which still shows that USPS has not received it. Unbelievable, It's not a lot of money and can't waste any more on trying to fight it. Just really disappointed in how paypal doesn't stand behind it's customers. Lesson learned with paypay and buying from China...
