Thank you for info! I have screenshots of the conversation between me and the buyer on Gumtree, including messages of him admitting to taking the money. I also have screenshots of his unauthorised login, which matches screenshots of the password reset email I received soon before. I have contact by bank, changed my password twice, and added 2-step verification and new security questions to my account. I'm hoping this will be enough info for PayPal to act with.
