MY problem is probably more to do with not being able to talk to a human ANYWHERE!!!!!! Bought an item online and paid with PayPal but left it in MY CART until the next day to think about it. Bought it again online (same website) and paid with PayPal. Confirmed purchase Received ORDER confirmation Number on screen only No email confirmation ever received Two pending transactions on my Credit card account. One from the above and the other from the one left in my shopping cart. Customer Service telephone number didn't exist. Sent email to request information. Email address came back undeliverable. Both credit card transactions posted. Both Merchant descriptions were similar. Had different names but the billing merchant number telephone number was the same. Filed a dispute with PayPal Both of these people have a USPS delivery receipts to MY NAME and ADDRESS. I did not receive anything on those days. PayPal had denied my disputes because of these receipts. I ordered 1 LEAF BLOWER. And even if the once left in the cart got ordered it wouldn't ship USPS. TOO Big I would think. This is the first place I have been able to tell my story. This is not about the money but the FRAUD. I can get my money back from my credit card company. Don't know how these people got a hold of a valid USPS tracking number with my name and address where nothing was delivered.
