I went into details then i used the issue refund link.......that is how i have always done it but the last two times i have these fees showing up and buyer not receiving the full amount of the refund,,,,,This never happend previously when i issued a refund !!! Did you check the amount that was refunded to the buyer?? They were charged a fee ...they did not get the full amount i refunded them on my transaction today.. ... View more

I issued both of mine( full refund and partial refund ) as a REFUND and they still took fees ......the buyer was not sent the full amount of the refund i REFUNDED to them... ... View more

Are you sending this media mail ??? if you are you have to put in 2lbs see the media mail rates via the post office it goes UP to 1lb =1lb then UP to 1-2 =2lbs...is this what you are asking?? ... View more
