Is it possible to actually get PayPal on the phone? If so, how? I opened a dispute in the Resolution Center after what turned out to be a Chinese company scam resulted in me receiving an absurdly non conforming product. I asked PayPal for a refund and provided it a copy of the China company guarantee that said full refund, no questions asked, and no returns necessary. Despite the written guarantee, PayPal said I could have my $89.90 refund only if I agreed to return the product to CHINA!! Now, the resolution center won’t allow me to post any response except a tracking number. However, UPS said it would cost at least $150 to return the item! I want to continue my dispute but PayPal provides me no way to even contact it to tell it this information and the absurdity and unfairness of it. I need to talk to an agent!
