I ordered 3 wigs from HNBM Trading Co., Ltd. and they sent me 3 wigs that wasn't near what I ordered. I emailed them letting them know that they sent the wrong merchandise and they ask me to keep them and sell them and they would refund me 20%. I ask them to send me what I ordered but they insisted on me keeping the merchandise and they would refund me 20%. I told them that it was not acceptable and they so they said if I returned them that I had to pay the S&H. Needless to say I got fed up with them and told them I would accept a 40% refund, but they on;y refunded me about 35%. So now I am stuck with 3 wigs that I don't like and did not order. These people are cheap, a scam and very unprofessional and unreasonable. I will NEVER EVER order from them again. If it's not from the USA they will not get my business.
