I hate to respond in case this might cause my account to close. I have recently opened paypal account and have had a number of technical problems. That stuff happens but the lack to be able to talk to someone via phone or through text (real time) is unbelievable. It really is the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. I would love to share my experiences with someone form PayPal if they are monitoring this area. I can be reached a[Removed. Phone #s not permitted] I believe my feedback could be used to make PayPal better and to improve PayPal fees (at least from me).
